Dr. Mendonca is a Founder of CORE OBJECTIVE Solutions and advisory board member of ThynQ Healthcare. She has over 26 years of diverse experience, especially in Healthcare Services domain. Dr. Mendonca is instrumental in the service operations of CORE OBJECTIVE Solutions where she plays a critical role of a domain expert and mentor for Clinical Notes, Medical Summaries, Plan Of Care, Clinical Documentation Audit et al. She is a highly passionate HCP and also plays the role of Director of physical therapy at ACE PT, Alexandria, Virginia. Dr. Mendonca also cooperates with other doctors and physicians in medical groups across United States. Dr. Mendonca is a (CPCO) certified compliance officer and has been working as a Compliance officer for last 8 years making sure facility is compliant with insurance requirements, federal as well as state regulations. She is actively involved with staff training, policy changes and updates, documentation updates, MIPS participation program etc. Dr. Mendonca believes that finding and correcting the root of the problem and not just treating the symptoms. Dr Mendonca has advanced training in hands on treatment including spine, extremities, joint manipulations, mobilization, trigger point dry needling, manual and Graston technique soft tissue release myofascial release. Dr. Mendonca has Master of Physical therapy (MPT) from a reputed university and being committed to clinical excellence through ongoing profession education, she returned school to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Shenandoah University in 2014. Since then she is Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Dry Needling Specialist (CDN), Certified Compliance officer (CPCO) and has received her Board Orthopedic Specialist certification (OCS) in 2017. She is in the process of obtaining certifications in TMJ and Women’s health. Dr Mendonca is a very proud mother of two energetic boys.
